2’s Program Offerings

2 & You — Child must be 2 years old by September 1st of the current year.  

**Please speak with director or registrar if your child has a fall birthday.

September to Christmas break – 9:15am to 11:30am

January thru May – 9:15am to 12:00pm

2’s Drop-Off — Child must be 2 years old by September 1st of the current year.  

September to Christmas break – 9:15am to 11:30am

January thru May – 9:15am to 12:30pm

2’s Program Descriptions

Both of Chestnut Grove’s 2’s program options provide a positive introduction to school. A relaxed and inviting atmosphere in which to explore materials, friendship and self is offered.  Both 2’s programs are a time to socialize with new friends, begin to relate to new adult figures, become familiar with a teacher and have fun being two!  The children are provided with opportunities to make choices and decisions, to create and use their imaginations during very important play time. The 2 and You program also offers an opportunity for gradual separation from parents starting in the winter. Both programs also provide a great start and encouragement for potty training. 2 and You classes can have up to 7 children in the classroom with their 7 adults (parents, grandparents, etc.). 2’s Drop off classes can have up to 6 children.
